However, according to the guidelines issued by the Maharashtra government, shooting for children and aged actors has not been allowed. Actor Ghanshyam Nayak, who played the popular role of Nattu Kaka in the famous TV show 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma', spoke to Spotboye regarding the guidelines released by the government. Ghanshyam Nayak said that if I do not act, I can die.
Ghanshyam Nayak said in an interview to Spotboye that I am able to shoot and am healthy. Nothing has been told to me by the producers right now, so I will be a part of it. Ever since the news has spread that due to government regulations, I cannot shoot for the show. Many messages have come from my fans and well wishers that the show will be incomplete without you. Nattu Kaka should be in 'Tarak Mehta'.
Ghanshyam Nayak further said that if I do not act, I can die. As an artist, I want to work till the last day of my life. I am able to do this because of God's grace. I have a very happy family around me. But the idea of not shooting makes me feel hopeless. Even at the age of 75, I am healthy enough to work. If they give me time for tomorrow then I will arrive on time to roll on the set.
