Abhishek Kapoor, director of Sushant Singh Rajput's debut film Kay Po Che (2013), is going to give him a special tribute. Abhishek will feed 3,400 poor families through wife Pragya Kapoor's NGO, Together: The Earth Foundation.
Giving this information on Instagram, Pragya wrote, 'Together the Foundation takes a pledge to feed 3400 poor families in memory of Sushant. Even though the lockdown is over, jobs are going away and income is also ending, so our efforts will continue.
In the caption of this post, Pragya wrote, We will miss you Sushant. Earlier, on June 14, Pragya expressed grief over Sushant's death, writing, 'I am shocked and angry. It is a heart breaking event. You will always be special Sushant.
Abhishek also remembered Sushant: On the day of Sushant's death, Abhishek also wrote a tribute to him, writing, 'I am deeply saddened by my friend's demise and in shock. We made two very special films together. He was a very good actor who worked very hard to add life to his characters. I will miss you brother Abhishek co-produced Kedarnath with Sushant in addition to Kya Po Che which was released in 2018. Sara Ali Khan made her Bollywood debut with this film.
Sushant was last seen in the film Drive. The film was released on Netflix in March this year after hanging on for two years. Sushant's last film is Dil Bechara which may be released by the end of this year.
