Mumbai. Late actor Rishi Kapoor loved playing Scrabble. While he was undergoing treatment for leukemia in New York, this board game was used to cut time. Rishi Kapoor's daughter Riddhima has revealed this on social media.
Riddhima, who brings back memories of Rishi Kapoor, has shared three photos on her Instagram story. In one of these, the sage is seen holding the hand of wife Neetu. In the second photo, he is seen roaming the streets of New York with Neetu, son Ranbir and his girlfriend Alia Bhatt. The third photo is of Scrabble. With this, Emotional Riddhima wrote, “My father loved his Scrabble. He bought it from New York.”
Amitabh has also mentioned the board game of Rishi
Recently, the great Amitabh Bachchan had also mentioned in his blog that Rishi loved board games. So much so that they used to take him along on the film sets as well. Amitabh wrote, “Whenever there was any time during the shoot, they would take out the playing cards on the set or sit with a board.” Significantly, Rishi Kapoor died on April 30 after fighting a battle with Leukemica for about one and a half years.
