- Exam center to be reached 1 hour in advance for thermal screening
- In case of not reaching the examination center, students will be able to paper at the nearest exam center

University examinations will now be conducted in Madhya Pradesh in view of the Unlockdown One happening in the middle of the corona spread across the country. For this, students have to reach the examination centers 1 hour before. Students appearing in the last year and semester examinations have to reach their exam center 1 hour in advance for thermal screening. All the universities in the state will conduct the examinations as per the guidelines for UGC. In the meantime, if a student is unable to reach his / her examination center for any reason, he / she will be allowed to give the paper in the nearest exam center. However, for this, the student will have to explain the reason for taking the exam in another center.
College should make budget for cleanliness work
For conducting the examination, the university has instructed the colleges to make a budget for the cleanliness work in the examination center for each examination. Actually, the university gave these instructions after the teachers raised the question of additional expenditure of sanitation. At the same time, the Directorate of Diversity and Higher Education says that colleges should spend money from their funds for this.
Will be allowed to take the exam even after coming late
While talking to the media, Devi Ahilya University Examination Controller Dr. Ashish Tiwari said that we have suggested to all the examination centers that arrangements should be made for 10-20 extra students. Also, if a student is unable to reach the examination center on time due to any reason, then he should be allowed to take the examination. Earlier, the remaining 12th examinations have started in the state from Tuesday 9 June. During the examinations, all the students were seen following social distancing. Apart from this, the students were called to the examination hall 1 hour before, so that everyone could undergo thermal screening.
