33,000 candidates appeared in the entrance test conducted for admission in various courses of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). During the entrance exam conducted in the midst of the corona epidemic, social distancing took full care. Also all safety standards and guidelines were also followed. In this statement, the AIIMS administration informed that 33,000 candidates from all over the country took part in this examination conducted for admission in July-August session.
On Thursday, this examination was conducted between 1 pm and 2 pm. This examination was conducted for admission to MD, MS, DM, CH, Fellowship, MSc Nursing course. Thermal screening was done before the entry of the students who appeared in the examination at the examination center. This process of thermal screening was monitored through CCTV at all centers.
Number of exam centers increased
Before conducting the examination, it was also kept in mind that any candidate appearing in the examination did not have to travel very long. Therefore examination centers were created in 157 cities instead of 60 cities. At least one center in each state was set up for the examination. At the same time, all the candidates who came to take the exam took the exam wearing a mask. Also took special care of hand sanitizer and social distancing.
