- State Higher Education Department canceled both UG-PG final year theory and practical papers
- Students dissatisfied with final year marks may appear in the result correction test in November

All educational institutions are closed due to rising cases of corona virus in the country. In such a situation, many examinations all over the country were postponed. At the same time, many examinations will now be held in July. However, there is still a decision on some exams. Meanwhile, now the universities in the state of Odisha have decided to cancel all the UG-PG final year or final semester exams except medical, paramedical and pharmacy courses.
Both Theory and Practical papers canceled
After this decision, now the test results will be released on the basis of alternative assessment method in August. Indeed, keeping in view the safety of the students during the transition, the State Higher Education Department has canceled both theory and practical papers for UG and PG final year students.
The examination was to be offline before
Earlier, Odisha had decided to conduct offline exams for college and university students between June and August, but has now postponed it. At the same time, if a student is not happy with his final year marks, then he can choose to appear in the result improvement test in November. The results of that examination will be announced in December 2020.
