Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET Which Was Postponed Due To COVID-19 Will Be Held On January 31, 2021 Education Minister

new Delhi: The new date of the CTET exam canceled due to Corona epidemic has been announced. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced on Wednesday that the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be conducted on 31 January 2021. Lakhs of candidates aspiring to become teachers were eagerly waiting for the new exam date.

Explain that earlier this examination was to be held on July 5, but due to Corona virus epidemic, the examination was postponed. Since then, the candidates were waiting for the appointment. Significantly, the CTET exam is conducted twice a year. One in July and the other in December. Candidates who have passed the examination can apply for teacher recruitment in Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya and other schools.

The CTET 2020 examination will be held in 135 cities of the country. Candidates can choose the city for their exam center between 7 and 16 November. The examination will be conducted with all kinds of protective measures in view of the corona epidemic. So that the students can be saved from the danger of corona.

This will be the CTET exam pattern
150 questions of 150 marks will be asked in Paper-1. In this, 30 questions related to Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Maths, Environmental Studies will be asked. At the same time, 150 questions of 150 marks will also be asked in Paper-2. In this, questions related to Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Maths and Science (for Maths and Science Teachers) or Social Studies / Social Science (for Social Studies / Social Science Teacher) will be asked.
