SSC GD Constable 2021: Online Application For SSC GD Constable Begins, Apply At Ssc.nic.in

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the recruitment process for the selection of Constable (General Duty or GD). A total of 25,271 vacancies will be made on this post in Central Armed Police Force (CAPF), National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF). Recruitment will also be done for the post of Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles.

Recruitment process details

The examination for selection to these posts will be conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The recruitment process will consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Test and Documents Verification.

Vacancy Details
Through this recruitment drive, recruitment will be conducted for 7545 posts of BSF, 8464 of CISG, 3806 of SSB, 1431 of ITBP, 3785 of Assam Rifles and 240 posts of SSF. There are 22424 posts for men and 2847 for women.

Last date of application 31 August 2021

Online application has started from Saturday 17th July. At the same time, the last date for submission of online application is 31 August 2021 and the last date for online payment of application fee is 2 September (up to 11:30 PM).

Age Range. The age limit for Constable (General Duty or GD) has been fixed between 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2021.

Applicants belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Apart from this, the application fee is exempted for other categories and women.
