The ministry says that in spite of the increasing number of infected people, the rate of people recovering has increased dramatically. The rate of recovery in the country has been 52.46%. That is, more than half of the people who got infected with the corona virus are now cured.

In the last 24 hours, about 380 people have died due to Corona virus. Prime Minister called a meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss with the Chief Ministers and Administrators of Union Territories on Tuesday and Wednesday about efforts to curb the epidemic, as steps are being taken to step out of lockdown in a phased manner across the country.
