new Delhi: There has been a steady increase in cases of Coronavirus in the country. But in the meantime, the good news is that there has been a tremendous increase in the number of people recovering from this virus in the country.

According to information received from the Union Health Ministry, there have been a total of 3,43,091 positive cases of corona in the country so far. Out of these infected people, a total of 1,80,013 people have also become healthy. The ministry says that in spite of the increasing number of infected people, the rate of people recovering has increased dramatically. The rate of recovery in the country has been 52.46%. That is, more than half of the people who got infected with the corona virus are now cured.

According to the information received, 10,667 new cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, about 380 people have died due to Corona virus. According to the report released by the central government, 6.88 percent of the total samples examined in the last twenty four hours have been found corona positive.

Prime Minister called a meeting
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss with the Chief Ministers and Administrators of Union Territories on Tuesday and Wednesday about efforts to curb the epidemic, as steps are being taken to step out of lockdown in a phased manner across the country. The meeting will start at 3 pm which will be through video conferencing.
