Daily Exercise Many research has proved that people who exercise daily are not only able to sleep better but also have a pattern of sleeping.
Do not sleep in odd hours Maybe after a day's hard work, you take a power nap in the evening. But doing so can disturb your sleep.
Take power nap in afternoon Sleeping 10-15 minutes in the afternoon can be beneficial for you. This will make you feel more energetic.
Do not make dinner heavy If you eat fast and less then it is better for you. It is important that you do not eat late at night and do not eat too heavy during the night. If you eat heavy at night, there can be acidity, bloating and other problems which can disturb your sleep.
Eat magnesium rich food- Magnesium is needed for good sleep and for the brain to function properly. You should include things like green vegetables, bananas, pumkin seeds, flaxseeds, almonds and sunflower seeds in your diet.
Stay away from gadgets- According to a study, the blue light released from gadgets releases a hormone called melatonin which greatly disrupts sleep. Gadgets should be discontinued at least one hour before bedtime.
