Rajya Sabha Elections Meeting In Madhya Pradesh; MLAs No-Coronavirus Declaration | Before the voting, all MLAs will have to give 'No-Covid Contact Declaration', voting will be held on June 19 for 3 seats.

Bhopal. The MLAs will also have to give no-covid contact declaration for the upcoming Rajya Sabha election on June 19 in Madhya Pradesh. Separate voting will be arranged for those coming to Kovid contact. Not only this, everyone has to go through pulse oximeter and thermal gun to cast their vote. During this time all the rescue guidelines from Kovid-19 will be fully followed. There will be no relaxation in this.

Divisional commissioner Kavindra Kiyawat gave these instructions in a meeting with officials on Friday regarding the arrangements for the Rajya Sabha election. He told- “MLAs along with the staff engaged in duty will also have to give 'No-Covid Contact Declaration'. If any Covid Contact comes out, they will be thoroughly investigated. Then there will be a separate arrangement for voting. This exercise will be done separately. Corona is being done to prevent infection. With this, there will be a screening team at all the entry gates of the assembly. No one will be allowed inside without screening. ”

Pamphlets of Kovid safety instructions will also be given

Sanitizer counters will remain as per the number of officers and employees of the assembly engaged in election duty including MLAs. They will be provided with masks, glazes, sanitizers and pamphlets of covid safety instructions. The disinfection protocol and sanitization will be followed in every election process at the polling place.

Access only to employees and MLAs
During the election, entry from the gate will be given only to employees and MLAs engaged in duty. Apart from this, arrangements will be made to stop the personal assistants, drivers, gunmen and other staff of all the assembly members outside the assembly. Collector Tarun Kumar Pithode, Municipal Corporation Commissioner VS Chaudhary Kolsani were also present in the meeting. After the meeting, the system of Rajya Sabha election was inspected in the assembly.
