Today, the second day of the Supreme Court is to be heard for the remaining examinations of CBSE Board 12th. In the hearing on Thursday, the board had told the court the decision to cancel the 10th-12th examinations. A two-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar can clear all the situations today by hearing the board and the children's side in this whole matter.
In this regard, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who was favoring the board, had told that now CBSE can declare the results of 10th and 12th by July 15, after the decision of awarding marks for these papers on the basis of internal assessment or pre-board. .
CBSE and ICSE board's remaining examinations canceled
Earlier during the hearing on Thursday, CBSE decided to cancel the remaining papers of 10th and 12th due to increasing cases of corona. In the hearing, on behalf of the board, the government said that now the assessment of the 12th students will be based on their last 3 exams. They will be able to give the remaining papers later also.
The ICSE board has also decided to cancel the 10th and 12th board exams, but does not want to give students the option of giving papers later.
