According to this, there is a ban on access to the state on foot or by private vehicle. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that such people will not be given entry into the state. Workers can only return by means available from the government. Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has asked all DMs and Superintendents of Police to strictly follow the order.
