Shajapur. The fire broke out at the drug warehouse of Somani Agricultural Service Center located on Nisaria Road on Monday Tuesday night due to unknown reasons. On seeing this, the warehouse started burning. Witnesses said that when the warehouse was burning, there were frequent blasts.
According to the information, Kanhaiya Lal father Motilal Prajapati resident Salotia Tehsil Pidawa District Jhalawar resident operates a drug shop in the name of Somani Krishi Seva Kendra in the city. Large quantities of agricultural medicines were stored on the Nishia road. As a business and shop administrator, Lakhan Bairagi handled all the arrangements. Neighbors informed the warehouse owner Shambhu Rathore after the fire broke out in the warehouse of agricultural medicines. On this, Shambhu informed the administrator Lakhan Bairagi. Lakhan accompanied Bairagi to the other burning godown and took out as much agricultural medicine as possible. As soon as the information of the incident was received, Dial 100 and fire brigade reached the spot and the fire could be controlled after several hours. Shop and Warehouse Administrator Lakhan Bairagi said that before and after the lockdown, nearly two crore agricultural medicines were stored in the agricultural godowns loaded with medicines. About 20 to 25 lakh rupees of agricultural medicines were taken out of the burning godown, but still a loss of about one crore eight million rupees has been done. On Tuesday morning, Naib Tehsildar BK Makwana, station in-charge Hitesh Kumar Patil reached the godown and inspected the opportunity and made a panchnama.
