The mandi administration took a meeting of vegetable traders on Tuesday to open the market. There was a discussion on opening a wholesale vegetable market. Vegetable traders kept their talk about social distancing.
To ensure that the general public does not grow in the wholesale vegetable market, everyone said that the market should be opened early in the morning. On this, it was decided to open the market between 4 to 7 am. The date of when the market will be opened has not been decided yet. However, the wholesale vegetable market may open from 21 or 22 May. The outline of the meeting will now be conveyed to the district administration so that a decision can be taken on the opening of the market. Here the market administration has started preparing to open the market. Lime lines are being added for social distancing and shells are being made. At the meeting held in the presence of Mandi Secretary ML Barse at Grain Mandi on Tuesday evening, vegetable traders and brokers including Assistant Secretary Satyanarayan Goyal, Mukesh Swamy, Pawan Kumar, Kushal Bhartiya, Jitendra Mali, Sattar Bhai, Salim Mohammad were present.
