Jabalpur. The MP High Court has directed the state government to present the duty policy of doctors posted in Indore within 10 days. The case was heard on Wednesday through video conferencing before Justice Subodh Abhyankar on a single bench.
Advocate Vishnudev Singh Chauhan, on behalf of the petitioner Dr. Jagdish Ghore and others, argued that in connection with treatment of Kovid-19, the state government imposed the duty of government doctors posted in different parts of the state in the highly sensitive Indore. Of the 31 doctors who were put on duty on 11 April, the duty of 7 was revoked, but the remaining are continuously engaged in corona duty. They are not getting rest at all. His condition is bad. After looking into the entire matter, the High Court directed the state government to clarify the situation in 10 days. The next hearing will be on 1 June.
