new Delhi. The US has handed over Al Qaeda's big terrorist Ibrahim Zubair to India. According to sources, Zubair was brought to Amritsar on Wednesday morning through a special flight. She is currently quarantined.

A resident of Hyderabad, Zubair was associated with Al Qaeda. One of his brothers is also a terrorist. His name is Yahya Mohammad Farooqui. Both of them were arrested by US intelligence agencies in 2015. A case was filed against them under various charges including Terror Funding.

On being found guilty, the court sentenced Yahya to 27 years, while Zubair was sentenced to 5 years. On completion of the sentence, Ibrahim has been handed over to India.

Terrorist Zubair has studied engineering

The 40-year-old terrorist Zubair is an engineer. He holds a civil engineering degree from Osmania University in Hyderabad. After this he came to brother to America. Here he holds a master's degree in structural engineering from the University of Illinois, USA.

American girl married and gained citizenship

In 2006, he moved to Ohio. Here he married an American girl and acquired permanent citizenship in 2007.

Al Qaeda is affected by terrorist Awlaki

Both brothers were heavily influenced by Al Qaeda's big terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki. Both of them had chosen the path of terror after watching his video. Awlaki was killed in a 2011 US drone attack in Yemen. Soon the Telangana police will take it to Hyderabad.
