Bhuvneshwar Kumar wants to return to Test cricket soon, reveals his future planning

Pune: During the ODI and T20 series between India and England (IND vs ENG), Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar (Bhuvneshwar Kumar) got noticed. He recently returned to Team India after recovering from injury.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar said that Test cricket is still his priority and he will keep an eye on his workload management in IPL 2021 as his eyes are set on his home Test series against England this year.

In the last 2 years, the Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar had to suffer from injuries. He bowled brilliantly and took 6 wickets in the three-match ODI series against England.

When Bhubaneswar was asked if he was thinking of making a comeback to Test cricket, he said, “Definitely, my goal is to return to Test cricket.” I will prepare for the red ball keeping in mind the cricket. However, what kind of team is selected for Test matches, it will be a completely different scenario.

After India’s seven-run win in the third and final ODI against England and 2-1 in the series, Bhuvneshwar said, “My workload management and practice during the IPL will be in keeping with Test cricket because I know that there is a lot of Test ahead. Matches are to be played and my preference is still Test cricket.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar said, ‘Therefore, I will leave no stone unturned for my preparation for the Test series. But I have stopped planning for a long time because whenever I did this in the past, things did not suit me. Whether it is due to injury or due to form.

Bhubaneswar said, ‘But I will pay full attention to my workload management. We have to play a lot of cricket before the England round and so I would like to keep myself fit. I have achieved what I wanted from these matches, but there is always room for improvement whether it is variance or fitness.
