new Delhi. Kawasaki has launched the BS6 compliant Kawasaki Ninja 650 in the Indian market. Its Delhi ex showroom price is Rs 6.24 lakhs. After the BS6 upgrade, the old model has become expensive by 35 thousand rupees. The company started taking bookings from Monday itself.
Already reduced torque
The new Ninja 650 will have the same 649cc parallel twin engine as before, with only the difference between the exhaust and the air box. Talking about power, it will get the power of 68 horsepower as before, but the torque has been reduced from 65.7 Nm to 64 Nm. There is no difference in the weight of the bike, it weighs 196 kg as before.
Twin LED headlights will be available
The 2020 model has a redesigned front, which resembles the Ninja 400, ZX-6R and Versus 1000. It has twin LED headlights. Its side fairing has also been tweaked to give a sharp look. Some changes have also been made to its windshield and rear look.
4.3 inch full TFT instrument console will be available
The 2020 Ninja 650 gets Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport tires. Apart from this, it has a 4.3-inch full TFT instrument console, which supports Bluetooth, GPS and smartphone connectivity.
