new Delhi. Smartphone company Vivo has launched a “Smart Retail Program” after opening a smartphone shop in the Green and Orange zones and allowing phone sales. In which customers will be able to order their favorite Vivo smartphones by SMS on Vivo's Facebook page (@vivoIndia), Vivo e-store (shop.vivo.com) and 8955771110. Under this, Vivo phones will be extended to customers with the help of 30 thousand brand ambassadors and 20 thousand retailers. According to Vivo's Director (Brand Strategy) Nipun Mariya, 60% of Vivo's total customers are offline customers.
Phone home delivery facility also available
Through Facebook page and SMS, customers will be able to get all the details related to the phone by connecting with the company's brand ambassador. After this, if the customer likes the phone, then the brand ambassador sends all the details to the customer's nearest retailer, from where the customer can go and buy the phone. In addition, retailers will also provide home delivery of the phone to the customer. Vivo said that SSS-based connectivity continues at present, while the other two operations will be available to customers before May 12.
